v0.35.0 might be the last "safe" version for XP about vcredist HOT 3 CLOSED

Nothing corrupted
but latest VC++ 2019 versions are not compatible with XP anymore

old Windows XP PCs - last v2019 without issues = 14.28.29213.0 = VisualCppRedist_AIO_x86_x64_35.zip..
As later v2019 versions (14.28.29231+) msvcp140.dll have unresolved imports from kernel32.dll (generally non-critical):

Something weird happened the first time I encountered the error, I removed v.38.0 and installed v.39.0 and that seemed to fix it ... for a moment.

Foobar2000 suddenly started to work again ... until I installed a .net 4.0 language pack, then the same error occurred again. I know it's crazy but it confused me a lot. In the second unattended install, I could not get foobar200 to work, that's when I started to test older vcredist AIO versions.

The missing function means the DLL requires Vista+, of course they dropped XP support.

You know what I think?, maybe there should be a final 32bit-only v.35.0 for XP, I think I'll do something like that for myself, as XP64 is mostly useless, without proper driver and software support.
