Can you provide more specific examples, maybe attach a screenshot? Android
fonts only include characters for certain languages (different sets of
languages depending on a specific phone and Android version), so it's not hard
to come by a Wikipedia article that includes characters not available in
Android fonts - those are rendered as empty rectangles. Is that what you mean
by "not properly rendered"? Surprisingly, there doesn't appear to be an easy
way to install additional fonts in Android, but this may work for you:

post implies there can be only one fallback font, which does not solve the
issue entirely since no single font usually includes all Unicode glyphs.
