由于react-navigation手势返回使用的是react-native-gesture-handler，相当于导航手势包裹着rn的页面，所以我只能动态的去禁用导航的手势开关；
this.props.navigation.setParams({ gestureEnabled: false})
但是有一些问题，滑动还是会触发一小段返回上一页的效果；放弃该方案。
推荐视频播放页将手势返回禁用掉，或者
gestureResponseDistance: { horizontal: 30}//数值设小一点。
