It seems there are a lot of issues with appearance.
I've been able to fix the image, but the selection is also screwed as well as the width of the tabs.
I'll try to continue to check it but I'm not good at neither JS nor CSS.

Ok, I have been able to reduce the issues to something reasonable.
It seems that the highlight styles are not applied. I ended up applying the styles directly to the labels instead of changing the CSS highlight style.
