I don't think you understood how this works. The tool will create an EXE that has to be run on the target windows computer. Once the EXE is executed on the target windows machine then the bot will come online and you will be able to remote control the PC. The builder tool has to be executed on Windows or Linux.

Essentially the code for the Bot is in the EXE. The target machine is executing the code for the BOT on their computer.
