I realize this is not a likely not a very helpful stack, is there anything I can do to get more info? I am more of a webdeveloper and don't really know my way around excode.

It appears you're still using v0.12. Could you go and update to 0.13.1, see if it still crashes and report back?

I was having the same problem with v0.12. It appears to be fixed in v0.14.
Is http://tattiebogle.net/index.php/ProjectRoot/Xbox360Controller/OsxDriver updated?

@JD557 No, almost two years without updates, and we cant find him, he answers no messages.
About the issue: this seems to be related to an older version. I will close this. If you get something similar with a recent release, please open a new issue with a new stack trace. Thanks!
