Making a selection should be passive about jspaint HOT 1 OPEN

Note: I've done some work on this on a branch.

I've also identified a bunch of things I want to test. This feature touches a lot of areas. A lot of places destroy selections, either melding them into the canvas, or deleting/erasing them, and care has to be given to undo history for each case.

• You should be able to make a selection, then change the secondary color, then drag the selection cutting it out with the color you selected
• If you create a selection and there are several redos it pops up the dialog and it should... [maybe i should just implement nonlinear history instead of trying to figure out what weird UI might exist here]
• Clicking and not dragging (much? is there a margin of error?) should not create a selection.
