I don't understand the issue. Run the launch_builder.bat and if not installed choose to install NOW. It will install the requirements directly.

You have to install those modules with pip. You can do this only after installing python
pip install --upgrade requests beautifulsoup4 dhooks pyqt5
You can go to python.org and get python manually, make sure to add it to PATH or you will have issues

oh yeah my issue sorry i forgot that I removed Auto install requirements
from rose-stealer_old.
