I can't arm the system

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Plug the battery
2. Init roscore
3. Write in a terminal: nodes/roscopter.py --device=/dev/ttyUSB0 
--baudrate=115200 --enable-control=true
4. Write in another terminal: rosservice call /arm

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the motors star and nothing happened. It works with the futaba 
remote control.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ArduPilot Mega 1 (http://store.diydrones.com/ArduPilot_Mega_kit_p/kt-apm-01.htm)
Ubuntu 12.04 with ROS Fuerte.

Please provide any additional information below.
The topics work. It provides the IMU info, state, etc...
