Please release master branch as new version on Hackage

Hello

Could you release the current master branch as a new version on Hackage? Upping the base dependency bound to < 4.10 is needed for my app, so I would find it very useful to have this available from Hackage.

Update base version constraint on hackage.

There is still no new package out, so I still can't use this on the latest ghc. Please update the version constraints on hackage. You can do this on https://hackage.haskell.org/package/bytestring-arbitrary/maintain.

Version issue

Hi, appears the pre GHC 7.10 is released as 0.03 ?

Can the version be bumped and release to hackage ?

Use of LLVM

Is it important ?

As having issue using this lib under travis and it's default install of ubuntu precise and getting llvm 3.5.2 installed.

Currently just cloned the repo and remove the llvm options.

GHC8.6 compatibility

bytestring-arbitrary has constraint base < 4.12 while it could be built and works fine with GHC8.6. Could you please relax version constraint on hackage?
