Reason for disagreement: I can not add a new contact whose name is David Li because this contact with the same name is considered a duplicate contact. However, david Li is still acceptable and the app considers David Li and david Li as different name, which is confusing because the only difference between them is the first letter and they are actually referring to the same person.
