After finishing to make a simulator, adding reinforcement learning agent (at least for blackjack because an opponent is not necessary).

Summarizing what have been done and what will be done in Wiki

Blackjack simulator is now partially done (not applying complete rules including split, double, etc.)

But blackjack AI based on probability model has not be done anything. Firstly, build a formula for it.

There are a few *.pyc files inside the repository.
git ignore should be added and .pyc should be removed from repository

It will be used in dream eater project

code is a bit obsolete, and it is in python2.

it should be in python 3 and follow pep8
