When placed in target project dir structure, path resolution fails and build goes sideways.

BuildBot\BuildBot\project.json is not found...

Not all deps get linked into final assembly, so references are missing when compiling build scripts. That's odd is that this doesn't happen in the original location. Probably something small. No matter what the issue might be, an alternative is to require a "dotnet publish && dotnet PATH\TO\PORTABLE\BIN" and then within BuildBot itself, just scoop up all assemblies that are either beside or beneath BuildBot's own assembly. This will guarantee we never miss a reference.
