Let requester answer these questions:
"Did host answers your request"? Yes /No. - Answer hast higher value
"How was communication"? OK / Good / Bad -
"If your event was held - how was the organisation form host venue "? Good / Not so good
From this questions a value is translated to a value between 1..5 - this will be the rating.
On location detail site: the rating as well as the number of answers are shown : "3.5/5 - 12 Ratings"

Should also send text bases emails
The styled mail should have a nice review button but a simple link text
