Simple IntelliJ plugin to help distribute plugins. Allows specifying plugin repos as well as pluginIds.

Specify distributionHelper.pluginFile in idea.properties to specify the json plugin file

Need to figure out a few issues.

Plugin ID, if the plugin ID does not match the id in the plugin, this could go into a reboot loop

Need to keep track of plugins installed. I want to allow new plugins to be added, but also want to allow people to uninstall them if they want (maybe?).
