Which card is that, Vega Frontier Edition? I understand it is a secondary card (primary may be an iGPU)? Please share your card's ROM file and/or the content of /sys/class/drm/card1/device/pp_table.

The ROM available here for instance has the same issue when extracting and dumping the table through upp.
Seeing this on my Vega Frontier Edition ROMs, but not similar ones (like Vega Pro 16GB and and WX9100).

@TheGoddessInari, @NonaSuomy, last "fix" resulted in weird GfxclkDependencyTable, the true fix needed bit more to it. Please check the latest v0.1.6 release.
