考虑对查询历史数据的接口加上分页功能
历史数据的接口可能会出现大量的数据在data里面，如果未将它们加上分页功能，数据的量如果大起来的话，对服务器性能有很大影响。
考虑对这些接口加入 page, page_size 参数，返回的响应包含 total （指满足条件的所有数据的数量）。
