try:
meteor add reaction-flatrates
the packages are there in the local packages folder, should be in the ./meteor/packages file as well.

when i try to use meteor add reaction-flatrates
i get this error: reaction-flatrates: no such package.

Should be ok now - I mistakenly added the reaction-flatrates package to the meteor packages list. The manager tools for flat-rate shipping is not completed though, will be added later.

Thanks for trying it out. Be aware there are a number of things I'm fixing right now that are leftover from migration to Meteor 0.8.0. They should be ironed out over the next few days but please feel free to create as many question/issues as you come across them and I'll answer (or fix) asap.
