基于 Qt 实现的酷Q机器人群管插件

本项目用于 Qt 开发者群组的日常管理，提供新手观察，黑名单，多级管理等功能。
核心代码为基于 Qt 的酷 Q 机器人插件库，此库已经完全文档化。
核心代码文档位置：./CoolQPortal/CoolQDoc/output/html/index.html（请签出后用浏览器打开）。
由于本项目只服务于 Qt 群助手项目，所以有些插件功能没有封装，有需要的可以自行封装。
注意：目前，在 bin 目录中，我们已经添加了 Qt 5.9.4 运行的必要的基础库和酷 Q 主启动程序。这也就是说，不再需要单独下载配置，只需要编译当前项目，并启动 bin 目录下的酷 Q 主启动程序，就可以使用当前插件了。
