Updating the stdlib docs to refer to the latest version of the installation guide, I noticed a problem specifically with the term "Python Distributions". Unfortunately, that phrase already refers to things like ActivePython (ActiveState), Anaconda (Continuum Analytics), Enthought Python Distribution (Enthought), Canopy (Enthought) and Python(x,y) (community).
This means it can't really be used sensibly to refer to the kind of distribution package folks upload to PyPI. For the standard docs, I'm going to spell those out as "Python distribution packages", rather than using the current titles from PyPUG - we may want to adjust PyPUG itself accordingly.

Filed #106 specifically to consider the "Distributions" vs "Distribution Packages" question.
