No problem, thanks for the reply!

I should have read it properly, it's because I have an Apple TV.

I'll fill in form 👍🏻

Greetings @michaelthompson1991!

Firemote version v3.4.5 does indeed include those app launchers:

App: My5

App: UKTV Play

Even though they were properly published, there could be a few reasons why you are not seeing them on your end.

What kind of device do you own?
If your answer isn't "Roku", then you for sure wouldn't be able to see the launcher for UKTV Play right now. If your answer is "Apple TV", then that is the reason why you don't see either of them right now. (please review what is written above for specific device + app launcher support) I normally keep the app support chart updated, but I have fallen behind with the last two releases - I'll get it updated soon.

So, why isn't there coverage for all device types? It's either because that app isn't available for all of the device types, OR it's because I was unable to download and test that specific app in my region. IF you have a device that has one of these two apps AND it's not included in the above list, please fill out a New App Shortcut Request and I will get it added. The information that YOU are able to provide in that request just wasn't possible to gather in my region.

Sticky sticky Home Assistant Cache
The question you asked comes up a lot for users who are faced with a very persistent Home Assistant cache. Often times, clearing the cache using normal methods isn't good enough. That is why I wrote the Firemote Wiki article called Force a Refresh and have been including a link to it in each of my recent release notes. Some have found luck by clicking the "redownload" button in HACS instead. If either of these solutions works for you, please keep in mind that a sticky cache issue exists on a device by device basis, so if you solve it on your computer it might still exist on your phone.

Oops!
Accidents happen, so it's entirely possible that either I messed up something on my end, or that perhaps you thought you had the v3.4.5 version of Firemote installed, but you're still a version or two behind.

I hope this helps! Please let me know!
