Setup Pontoon to use x-channel on Beta when available about archived-roadmap HOT 3 OPEN

I was actually thinking about disabling "Firefox Beta" project once the x-channel repo is available.

And renaming "Project X Aurora" to "Project X" and switching it to x-channel.

For one cycle Firefox Beta will be a separate repository though, and localizers won't be able to land any fix. We need to figure out if that's an acceptable situation.

I think "available" in this context might be "when x-channel is available on beta".

Note, a lot of this depends on the details of Project Dawn. It might turn out that we're enabling mozilla-central instead of aurora, and then pop to Beta directly from there. More on that as I really understand it.
