Try a MPI_Get based communication and compare performance results

Modify evaluation function of Waveform class such that it by default raises an Exception for requesting points outside the defined interval. Have an optional parameter to allow extrapolation.

Likely an incorrect implementation of the time-dependent Dirichlet boundary conditions.

Currently, it is (implicitly) assumed that any norm factors, see problem.h, are identical for both problems. Not sure how to properly handle this in the future.

This goes hand in hand with the fact that we assume a matching spatial discretization (nodes) on the interface.

There are some memory leaks, as determined using valgrind. These mostly appear to be from dolfin/mpi functions of sorts? As of now, the amount of leaking memory does not appear to be critical.

As the title states, how this should look like is not entirely clear for higher order schemes that possibly evaluate waveforms at different points.

Maybe this needs to be based inside the Waveform class and eval function?
