Expert Dashboard: After accepting the call, we see both Shift & Availability as OFF with blank page

Steps to replicate:

1. Go to Expert account and wait for any call to accept
2. Receive the call and observe both Shift & Availability status

Observed: After accepting the call, we see both Shift & Availability as OFF with blank page

Expected: Both Shift & Availability status should be Yes and video should be loaded

User Dashboard Home: We see unnecessary scroll bar

Steps to replicate:

1. Go to staging.pawsquad.co.uk and login to site
2. Go to User dashboard home and observe the scroll bar

Observed: We see unnecessary scroll bar

Expected: Scroll bar should not appear, we could reduce the extra space as shown in screenshot

Home Page: 'Sign Up' button still appears even though user is already login

Steps to replicate:

1. Go to staging.pawsquad.co.uk and login to site and observe

Observed: 'Sign Up' button still appears even though user is already login

Expected: 'Sign Up' button should not appear after user login to site

User Dashboard Home: "Talk to a VET now" text is not aligned to centre

Steps to replicate:

1. Go to staging.pawsquad.co.uk and login to site
2. Go to User dashboard home and observe

Observed: "Talk to a VET now" text is not aligned to centre

Expected: "Talk to a VET now" text should be aligned to centre

Home Page: We see sample text at 'More about Pawsquad' section

Steps to replicate:

1. Go to staging.pawsquad.co.uk
2. Scroll the page down to 'More about Pawsquad' section
3. Click on any of the 2nd, 3rd or 4th tab and observe

Observed: We see sample text at 'More about Pawsquad' section

Expected: text has to be updated according to the tab

Also at 'Meet a few of our VETS' section, we see only same data for all VET details, http://ipic.su/img/img7/fs/kiss_100kb.1437833083.jpg

Home Page: 'See more' link is not working at 'More about Pawsquad' section

Steps to replicate:

1. Go to staging.pawsquad.co.uk
2. Scroll the page down to 'More about Pawsquad' section
3. Click on 'See more' link and observe

Observed: 'See more' link is not working at 'More about Pawsquad' section

Expected: 'See more' link should work and takes user to the page with more info!

Conditions screen: 'Next' button is enabled though user didn't give any condition

Steps to replicate:

1. Go to staging.pawsquad.co.uk and login
2. Click on talk to VET now in Home page
3. Give the Pet details and click on Next
4. Now, in conditions screen, just click on 'Next' and observe

Observed: We are taken to next page without giving any condition

Expected: Next button should be enabled, only after giving at least one condition

Home Page: Navigation icon disappears near 'Meet a few of our VETS' section in Home page, but works when we click at that position.

Steps to replicate:

1. Go to staging.pawsquad.co.uk
2. Scroll the page down to 'Meet a few of our VETS' section
3. Click on the Next button on right hand side, http://f5.s.qip.ru/cMfvVDKl.jpg
4. Go to last screen and observe

Observed: Navigation icon disappears near 'Meet a few of our VETS' section in Home page, but works when we click at that position.

Expected: Navigation icon should display in the last and first screen as well

We see alignment missing at password confirmation field

Steps to replicate:

1. Go to staging.pawsquad.co.uk and click on login link
2. Click on "Forgot your login details?" link
3. Provide any registered email ID and click on Request
4. Go to email and click on 'Reset Password' link and observe

Observed: We see alignment missing at password confirmation field

Expected: Password confirmation should be aligned properly

Forgot Password: Nothing happens when we click on request button with unregisted email

Steps to replicate:

1. Go to staging.pawsquad.co.uk and click on login
2. Click on forgot password link
3. Give any unregistered email ID and click on 'Request' button

Observed: Nothing happens, we don't see any error message.

Expected: System should give an error message to user that email was not registered with Pawsquad.

We see difference in site logo at header and footer section, also tag is not present at header

Steps to replicate:

1. Go to staging.pawsquad.co.uk
2. Scroll the page down to bottom and observe the logo

Observed: We see difference in site logo at header and footer section. Also we see the tag 'Video Vets on Demand' at footer, but we don't see it in header logo.

Expected: Logo should be same everywhere.

Tick mark is missing in Pet details page, when we choose 'Yes' radio button for "Neutered status", but we see it for 'No' radio button

Steps to replicate:

1. Go to staging.pawsquad.co.uk and login
2. Click on 'Talk to a Vet now' link and go to Pet details page
3. Select No radio button for "Neutered status" and observe the green tick mark
4. Now, select 'Yes' and observe

Observed: Tick mark is missing in Pet details page, when we choose 'Yes' radio button for "Neutered status"

Expected: Tick mark should be displayed, when user select yes option

[Suggestion] User Dashboard Home: We could highlight the icon in Dashboard with respect to the user
presence

Expected: it would be good to highlight the icon with respect to the user presence.
Ex: When user is in dashboard home, then Home icon should be highlighted as shown in screenshot

Home Page: We see wrong title for 'Sign Up' button

Steps to replicate:

1. Go to staging.pawsquad.co.uk and mouse hover on 'Sign Up' and observe

Observed: We see wrong title (Help) for 'Sign Up' button

Expected: Button title should be Sigh Up
