To protect the semantic parser

Remove the access to internal utilities and limit to CLI modules only.

For better visualization

1. Meta grammar: all meta rules for the semantic translator.
2. Grammars for test files.

The files are parsed but not explicitly closed after use.

Refactoring of code: the various translators must be separated from the core program

In order to display correctly, on top of the type, we must have a unique ID per subject/object and predicate.
