React - Dependencies : React and ReactDOM
React : To build user interface to render.
ReactDOM : If we need to render i.e attach the React Componentto Layout Node.

Vue : The core library is focused on the view layer only.

ELM : Dependencies : elm-webpack-loader
elm-webpack-loader : It is aware of Elm dependencies and tracks them.
- src files.
- .babelrcjs & polyfills -> can we use .babelrc.js files.
- test specify to use jest and karma.
- tsconfig.json and tslint.json for eslint of typescript.
- eslint and flow for javascript.
- .prettier is common for projects.
- .gitignore to mention files to ignore and .gitkeep( file where directory empty) trick to track directories
- common way to load json files in angular. -> filesReadir , d3 , import (doesn't work) for json.
- Can we keep json files in server side.
