Diff view function was lost in refactor, re-implement it

If cf-for-k8s is deployed, it comes with its own kpack.

My latest attempt using, e.g.,

./deploy.sh -v ingress.domain=kpack-viz.cf.hagrid.ironleg.me

where cf.hagrid.ironleg.me is the cf endpoint resulted in what appeared to be a successfully deployed kpack-viz pod.

Was able to verify that pods were running with

kubectl get pods -n kpack

However when visiting https://kpack-viz.cf.hagrid.ironleg.me in a browser all I see is a blank page.

Logs for the pod seem fine

What do you think could be the matter?

The dashboard view updates live using websockets, do the same when viewing the detail page for a live build

Build a container image and provide manifests for Kubernetes deployment.

Assume application running in the same cluster as kpack.

Kubernetes authentication config may need revised.

Currently logs are fetch in a single batch, and don't update for live builds. Create a mechanism to stream logs for live builds.
