Please try explaining it using concrete examples.

While we are running the migration scripts using mybatis, there is a final output saying migration success or failed.
Is there any way to clearly view what are all the lines that got executed without issues and what are the failed lines in it.

Not really.
That is why you should not put multiple statements in a single script if one or some of them could fail.
