Currently it uses garage doors, because the homekit "protocol" defines shades different then pimatic. HomeKit wants percentage values when opening or closing shades. This is currently not fully supported in pimatic. I started to implement this with pimatic/pimatic#920. But it's not completely finished. As long as this is the case, i consider this issue as feature request.

I have some shades now myself, so pimatic-hap could basically move to shades. But I have to check in the pimatic config if the rollingTime config is used, so its a bit more complicated to implement. Lets hope I find the time to do this soon. PR is always welcome

The "moveByPercentage" seems to work. I use Siri quite some time, and always telling her to shut all the garage doors in the living room ist just annoying ;-D
I'm gonna have a look at your code but honestly I don't think I can contribute much but I will try.
