Possibly bump the "are you able to attend" box up beside the guest name (change the text from "Yes"/No" to "Attending"/"Sends Regrets") and add a link to add a new guest row.

Should just list who has responded, what their response was.

Show an alert or something to indicate that the RSVP was successful, but don't change page.

This might also involve making a login page/popup to allow authentication to happen.

In case of an attack on the site we should be able to quickly disable the RSVP form and endpoint, displaying a short message that the guest should contact us via email instead.
