Issue

The old Azure RM module is used in the Az.Test tool in various locations, for example:

• xAz.Test\Public\Get-Error.ps1 line 10
• xAz.Test\Public\Get-Error.ps1 line 11
• xAz.Test\Public\New-Deployment.ps1 line 40

Microsoft has released the new Az module and according to the documentation "Starting in December 2018, the Azure PowerShell Az module is in general release and is now the intended PowerShell module for interacting with Azure."

Proposal

For compatibility reasons, it would be better to modify AZ.Test to use the Az module
instead of the AzureRM module.

Use case

Az.Test will be usable from Powershell Core without having to install AzureRM

If this issue is relevant, I will be glad to contribute the changes.
