Since version 3.9 the RamiGO package is not available to install. This makes this package not installable. Maybe it could be updated (I think that the only affected function is plotGO).

Hello,

I downloaded the DESeq zip file and installed it. But, as you know that the Bioconductor has removed it. I would suggest a replacement with DESeq2.

Error: package or namespace load failed for 'DESeq':
package 'DESeq' was installed before R 4.0.0: please re-install it
