Foreach loop responsible for rendering the workshops is wrong, it contains <ul> inside the loop while it was supposed to be there only <li>

Please, look at the attachments. It occurs on iPad and iPhone.

Unfortunately it's being rendered in a very very weird way on Android devices.

• main organizer should be able to add another organizers, manage their account
• organizers shouldn't be able to accidentally remove themselves from website

Today after adding venue for Berlin's edition, I've found that href attribute's value is not being rendered.
