Make a Debian package and the related build instructions.

The update system is far too noisy, but reducing the noise means that no data is reported for a while on some data points.

Multiple schedules should be created for updating different kinds of data, and all data that hasn't been updated in a while should be pushed on one of those schedules.

Add a offline signal to instruct when malaria is shutting own.

Alarm/Alert generation should be provided to allow for situations such as failed drives, overheat, low disk space etc...

Hi klattimer, thank you for this script it's working well (after debugging paho-mqtt 2.0.0 issue (had to downgrade back to 1.6.1 manually) to get the MQTT to connect.

I'm using an Orange Pi 3B and I'm running Ubuntu 2.04 Jammy LTS and have noticed that the CPU temp shows constantly as -1, I've ensured psutils is installed as I believe this is what the thermal plugin pulls it's data from, and this must be an Orange Pi 3B thing?

Are there any recommendations to modify my install for the OPi3B?

Love the small footprint and the quantity of useful data, particularly with the HA integration , keep up the good work :)

Basic docker monitoring is increasingly important.

We aren't exposing everything useful to home assistant as yet, we should expand that.

md0 has no drive free space, /boot on some systems... data appears in MQTT, must be an addressing problem.

Logging isn't ideal at the minute

• plugins don't announce when they're enabled
• Silent errors occur in some places
• Empty data when it shouldn't be empty is not reported.

We want to collect statistics on the smart status of the drives.
