Encoding/Decoding an array/string of all zeros always adds an additional character/byte.

Round trip ends up adding two extra bytes total.

#3 fixes the issue.

When converting a byte array into base62, all leading zeros are ignored. This violates the conversion identity property.

Example:

// returns "HBL"
var s = (new byte[] { 0, 0, 0, 1, 2, 3 }).ToBase62();

// returns byte[] { 1, 2, 3 }
var b = "HBL".FromBase62();
