我直接用第二步就直接有效了，因为web station里添加虚拟主机的时候，就已经默认给了文件夹权限，所以第一步没用上。
所以如果没权限问题的话，保存不了的主要问题还是github上提供的codes里漏了这个文件夹。
不过修复后尝试了加密功能后，发现了一个新的安全性问题，浏览器输入 域名/_tmp/对应的笔记名 之后，就算加密的笔记也直接可以打开并保存下载，全部明文显示，不知道该如何解决？
