I think this shut up comment was provoked by @benjamingr's comments and the kick was not deserved, but it wasn't nefarious. (For the record, Ben didn't kick him, that was Kendall).
Also, I know there is recent history of Tobiq's hostile responses when people misunderstand his half-asked context-less questions. That has made the entire room a bit raw and likely to dismiss him, causing these types of interactions.

cracks knuckles Here is a small compiled list of your bad attitude in chat.
@tobq Tobiq
12:29 AM
show me some results
or stop throwing claims around
Why would anybody response to that with anything but negativity?
Sauce
stop going on ridiculous tangents
You don't listen to people trying to help, and you're very demanding and rude when somebody is wrong. You can be right, but you don't have to be an ass when somebody else is trying to help and is wrong, or doesn't understand your question.
Sterling Archer: This is you, talking to Ben, after telling him not to speak to you.
Sterling Archer: This is me, tell you, to cut the crap.
Here You're talking back to essentially a moderator of the room. And you question why you get kicked so much? If it walks like a duck, and is told by 20 people it's a duck, maybe the duck has an attitude problem and should adjust it's manners?
You've been suspended what.. 3 times by a moderator now? Not to mention this list which essentially is your ban record.
This is you disagreeing with people. It's quite alright to disagree, but once again, you're defensive, you're rude, and you often don't listen.
ssube
distances are found using the math Trasiva has been explaining to you for hours
Tobiq
lmfao ur so naive
More sass "
this is what im talking about, unnecasary pedantry"
This spawned from you naming a function "generator" which is as we know, a type of function. You didn't respond well when people got confused.
And just for good measure, this is you asking multiple times (which everytime, was explained to you) what a help vampire is, and crying abuse of powers.
Tobiq: oh its just another general label
like xy problem
And this is you reading our room rules (which, by the way, feel free to make your own JavaScript room if you disagree), and not following them simply because you don't want to.
tl;dr You're attitude, inability to listen, inability to drop subjects (seriously, "why ban" immediately after ban is IMMEDIATE grounds for another ban for continuing), inability to play nice in an argument, and your general behavior is not tolerated. You're not a contributing member to the community, you ask a question, and when rebutted, drama starts, you get kicked, and the next day it's the EXACT same scenario.
Frankly, I vote to ban you on sight, but that's my opinion here.

I was very close to handing you a lengthy suspension from chat this morning after reading how the conversation continued after I left.
It's a real shame, because your questions are appropriate and interesting, you seem to know about JS and your problems aren't the usual "how do i button" kind of shite you can just look for in Google.
However, your attitude and behavior in chat is inexcusable. You cause a room owner to revoke his own status in fear of losing his cool and just kicking you full on without regard. I've never heard @benjamingr swear in chat before, so that's a first.
I'm not afraid to tell this to your face. If it's choosing between highly contributing members of the community with years of trust or you, I'm choosing them, and you will not be allowed entry to the room (or chat, in general, I haven't decided yet.)
This is your last, and I do mean your very last warning. You've been with us since 2016 under two different accounts, it's time you learned how to behave yourself in chat.

Could we take nominations for RO? I have an idea of someone who might be good for this position...

I'm very aware that they have pinned a reputation on me
As far as I could tell, you pinned that reputation on yourself. As the most recent kicker, I should probably explain myself. I kicked you because you were being rude and sassy, and have a history of low-quality conversations. I'm fine if you intend to become a valuable member of our community, but you need to work on your interactions especially with room owners.

Also, please link the relevant parts of transcript rather than copy-pasting them here en masse. It's hard to read and clutters up this page.

@tobq No one knows what you're trying to say by pasting huge chat transcripts here. You're not going to accomplish anything that way.

Thank you

Really? I'm quite liberal in swearing in chat and I don't consider it a big deal. I thought we were cool with it as a community - if this is a problem I don't mind toning it down :D
I wasn't angry or upset in the slightest.
(If I were angry I'd just disengage, I just prefer calling people out when they're annoying rather than kicking them)

@benjamingr I mean, swearing out of the context of a joke.

@MadaraUchiha I wasn't being dead serious when I said "your dumb ass"
- He made a bizarre and unfounded performance claim
- I told him why he's seeing the result (how objects work in V8)
- Instead of saying "thanks", looking things up, and doing some research he responded with "show me some results or stop throwing claims around" - which is fair since it's probably what I would have tried if vamping in a chat to save research time.
- I told him I don't owe his dumb ass any help and he's not entitled to our help. Mostly to motivate him to actually read up on what I just said and to clarify how this help thing works.
Kendall kicked him (which I'm fine with, because kicking people who aren't contributing is never really a big deal to me, but I personally wouldn't have). I wasn't angry, agitated or even irritated - I don't think he was being a dick on purpose and I took it for a general "trying to vamp" vibe.
