Loads the ROM file to memory

Should get a path to the ROM file as command-line argument, initialize all modules, use Loader to load ROM to memory and start CPU.

Returns true if the specified key is pressed, false otherwise.

wait_for_key() -> u8

Blocking function, returns the key that was pressed.

Notes

Keys are a number between 0 and 0xF.
