It makes the code way easier to read now that everything in React world is written with hooks

probably best to have the mutator methods to write to both the database and the localstorage. currently it only r/w to localstorage.

web3storage token is needed for offline replication. should be provided through a process.env shim.

add welo with zzzync replicator for collaboration

• test environment needs to be detectable by the app. (done by default by create-react-app)
• there needs to be a kubo node which is localhost only with a webtransport interface.
• the web app clients need to connect to it over the kad dht protocol.
