Yes, you can by using --port or -p flag. For more details, you can run shiori serve -h :
$ shiori serve -h
Run a simple annd performant web server which serves the site for managing bookmarks.
If --port flag is not used, it will use port 8080 by default.
Usage:
shiori serve [flags]
Flags:
-h, --help help for serve
-p, --port int Port that used by server (default 8080)
