• Anything in other locations should not be affected. It should only apply to the sidebar.

Sorry for the delay.
Yes. It only affects the strings in the sidebar. But the problem at present is that the same string affects two terms located in different places, hence if it is resolved in one place it sometimes affects the same term in another different place and where in one it should be singular and in the other plural is when the inconsistency appears.
That is why I indicated that in case of linking the translation strings in the sidebar with other terms in the application, they should be linked to the header of the corresponding page. Or ultimately set up separate translation strings for the sidebar terms “Plugins” and “Hotkey Shortcuts” (plural).
