找到的资料。

1940-06-01 00:00:00在某些时区是不存在的，参考：

https://stackoverflow.com/questions/63913622/as-posix-error-can-not-convert-a-particular-date

即在1940-05-31 23:59:59后开始调整夏令时，直接跳到1940-06-01 01:00:00，在这期间的时间是无效时间。

因此严格模式报错，而非严格模式会自动跳到1940-06-01 01:00:00。

Hutool中默认启用严格模式，造成解析失败。

你可以自行构建SimpleDateFormat使用宽松模式。

String dateTime = "1940-06-01 00:00:00";
DateTime parse = DateUtil.parse(dateTime, new SimpleDateFormat("yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss"));

或者使用：

String dateTime = "1940-06-01 00:00:00";
final LocalDateTime parse2 = LocalDateTimeUtil.parse(dateTime, "yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss");
