in your case it seems to miss the div with data-cookieman-settings= from here https://github.com/dmind-gmbh/extension-cookieman/blob/8lts/Resources/Private/Layouts/PopupLayout.html
That should be included by the default templates via <f:layout name="PopupLayout"/> from e.g. here https://github.com/dmind-gmbh/extension-cookieman/blob/8lts/Resources/Private/Themes/bootstrap4-modal/Templates/Popup.html

Could you check if the cookieman HTML is included in your HTML output? You could search for id="cookieman-modal"

If not, you might want to investigate why page.1365499 from here https://github.com/dmind-gmbh/extension-cookieman/blob/8lts/Configuration/TypoScript/setup.typoscript is not inserted in your page object.

Did you include the TypoScript configuration for tracking objects (or the example?)

Nevermind, I just checked in a plain TYPO3 v8 that the base TypoScript is absolutely enough.

By default it would load the bootstrap4-modal theme which expects jQuery. Even without bootstrap or jQuery, you would see the HTML output.

@jonaseberledmind, sorry for the late reply, I just checked it with a plain TYPO3v8 installation and it works flawlessly. I guess my installation is just messed up. Thanks anyway for the quick replies!
