@cvfosammmm Isn't it a better idea to just use EvinceView? Its documentation seems to be a true mess but it solves the panning/zooming and hyperlink issues without having to maintain a separate code base. See this (very old) code for example.

This might be a good feature. But it would involve fiddling with GtkScrolledWindow or even writing a new scrolling widget. Both of those are out of scope for Setzer.

I will consider it. I think also important is supporting pinch-to-zoom, which Evince does.
Can you rename the issue to something more general like "Improve Zooming and Scrolling in the PDF Viewer"?

I don't there is still something missing. The middle mouse button works for scrolling, just like evince.
