Using the search field on the page at http://clawpack.github.io/index.html does not work (leads to a 404). It looks like the page at http://clawpack.github.io/doc/index.html is probably the one we want but I am a bit confused as to why we have the doc path specified as it is.

A few of the example pages are more or less broken:

http://clawpack.github.io/doc/pyclaw/gallery/shallow_water_shocktube.html (missing code file)
http://clawpack.github.io/doc/pyclaw/gallery/shock_bubble_interaction.html (broken syntax (highlighter)?)
http://clawpack.github.io/doc/pyclaw/gallery/Rossby_wave.html (missing title)
http://clawpack.github.io/doc/pyclaw/gallery/radial_dam_break.html (missing title and broken syntax (highlighter)?)

This is related to #4. We are putting everything in clawpack.github.io/doc rather than just in clawpack.github.io. There is a stale index.html that was put in the root directory at some point:

http://clawpack.github.io/index.html

which hasn't been updated for 7 months and thus shows the version number 5.0.0. Also, search does not work from that page. This page is fine:

http://clawpack.github.io/doc/index.html

We should either move the docs up to the root directory or replace the index.html file in the root directory.

The main problem here is that it should probably go to the front page of the clawpack-5 documentation, not all the way back up to clawpack.org.

The source link on the website links to http://github.com/organizations/clawpack which probably works if you are a member of the clawpack organization and logged in, otherwise, it doesn't work. http://github.com/clawpack probably works in all cases.
