Allow direct reading of Google sheet data for Trainer Availability

Feel free to say no @klbarnes20, but I'd like to try my hand at adding functionality for users to read the Trainer Availability data in directly from the Google Sheet form responses rather than having to first export a csv and then read it into R. I'm envisioning adding a function to your fetch_data family that uses the googlesheets4 package to read data in directly from the Trainer Availability form. Any objections? Should I give it a go?
