Is it possible to just run and get great results by default just like the web version. I dont know how it works so flawlessly. I would love to see this be equal to that in terms of voice quality.

The default settings assigned are the best known, for training I recommend RMVPE - I recommend you join the discord.gg/iahispano server so you can discuss with users what are the best settings.
Here you can check the default inference parameters, or you can run it under the -h parameter.
