This should be relatively straight forward. And I will start updating slpjs & slp-sdk per the requirements above.
As a side note, Electron Cash SLP has a really nice UI to allow passing along the minting baton to whomever you'd like. You can even specify a new issuance of 0 tokens to transfer ownership of the mint baton.

@cgcardona SLPJS library v0.9 is rewritten in TypeScript with lots of custom SLP typings added.
The OP_RETURN parser has been re-written by porting over from the Python code with unit tests included.
The basic pieces have been added for MINT transactions, but there are still some helper functions to write and unit tests need to be added for all SLP transaction types.
