freeRTOS is not working about jz-f407vet6 HOT 3 OPEN

Hi @SChristophS, I've met a similar issue with this board and I managed to solve it by reducing the number of NVIC priority bits in the FreeRTOS config file from 4 to 3. I'm positive this board is sporting a clone of the original F407VE, despite not being able to track down the exact clone (if any such reference exists), because normally that MCU has 4 bits implemented. That also means that the priority grouping should be generally set to 3 bits and 1 bit of subpriority as to map interrupts with priority >= 8 to a valid priority, ignoring the subpriority (supposing I got that right).

Let me know if you need help in reproducing the fix.
