Add Github actions to publish release binaries
On npm package:windows it should complete by creating a new tag and release in GitHub that will kick off any auto-updates to clients.

Downloader percentage glitches out on batch downloads
Expected Behavior
Downloader should state current percentage completed

Download percentage is not showing a consistent number all the time

Should have last 3 news updates for previous versions that can be toggled through
Currently on the latest news is available, want to have it so you can see last 3 updates as well as latest news on main page.
Add new menu item that will download base client from ChromieCraft
[Bug] Manifest file gets corrupted when handling multiple files updates.
Expected Behavior
The patches and store should have updated correctly
Current Behavior
manifest.json Files gets corrupted and becomes invalid json
Steps to Reproduce
